    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Communicates with customers and technicians on all aspects of automotive repair
    • Creates work orders efficiently
    • Creates appointment schedules for customers
    • Provide estimates to the customer and finalize invoices
    • Maintain and follow all safety programs

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent customer service and time management
    • Reliable, motivated, and driven to deliver a superior customer
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Value a strong team-based workplace
    • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Current, valid driver’s license
