After calling every Honda dealer in the tri-state area, we finally got a 2022 crv lined up that was optioned out how we wanted. We put our name on it and began the waiting process. Smashed into a curb and destroyed the rim on my front left tire on my 2019 accord. They quoted me way per month for a new 2019 Accord than Minot did for the same car ONE year newer (2020). My heart was set on a pearl white accord, Ashley found me what I wanted in less than 10 min for almost $100 cheaper per month! I just purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V Touring from Ryan Honda. Chris and Matt were great to work with. I really appreciated the extra time spent setting up all that the vehicle has to offer. My mom also recently purchased a vehicle there and they have always gone above and beyond to assist her.

I worked with Chris, he was very easy to work with and very straightforward. I have had no issues with this dealership, they made getting a new vehicle very easy and simple. I loved how fast and efficient they help their customers. They definitely strive for customer satisfaction, and even go above and beyond. I bought my car used the day of it being traded in, they were able to help me out with transportation while they figured out how to fix it up so it was okay to drive and use.

I'm so glad Google prompted me to provide feedback! I dropped my vehicle off for maintenance related to a recall that I've been procrastinating on getting fixed. First, they called me to schedule, which was awesome. Then, when I arrived, everyone was SO friendly. The service manager provided me a reasonable estimated completion time, and then made sure to give me his card if I had any issues. I was extremely impressed with service I received and would seriously consider going there for future service on my Dodge.
Staff is always super friendly, also a nice place to stay at if you're just getting oil change or some quick work done on your vehicle
